Returns Policy

If you'd like to return items from your order, you have 60 days to get the returned items back to us for full refund. They must be in brand new condition and in their original undamaged packaging.

Exchanges

If you'd like to make an exchange, simply follow the return instructions above, then place another order for the items you'd like instead. If the prices have increased since your last order, please email us at hello@platedbee.com so we can adjust the pricing for your new order.

 

Defective Product

Your satisfaction is our top priority, so if you have a product that's damaged or not working properly, please email us at hello@platedbee.com with images and a description of the problem. We'll work to formulate a fair and reasonable solution for you, whether that means a partial discount, full refund, store credit, replacement, or something else.
